For over thirty-five years I have worked on the most tangible side of print: typography, typesetting and preparing publications for press. Books, catalogues, academic monographs, albums and e-books, as well as shorter printed pieces such as brochures, anniversary and commemorative booklets, flyers and business cards. I take every project from the first draft to a print-ready file.
Every book on the shelf is a real project delivered by the studio, from the cover concept to print supervision.
My name is Wojciech Ciągło and I have run Studio DTP in Kielce since 2012. I have been typesetting for far longer, since 1990: books, catalogues, academic monographs, museum publications. I treat every project as a separate challenge, no two books are alike, no two covers are alike.
I work in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, but behind the tools there is always a person who knows when to break a line and when to let a widow stand. Because good typesetting is the kind nobody notices.

Rounds of corrections, language proofreading, fine-tuning details. I work until every page holds together.
Final files ready for the press: PDF/X with bleeds, registration marks and CMYK profiles. Plus the source file for future reprints.
If you commission printing, I oversee it at trusted print houses and you receive finished copies. If not, you get files buttoned up to the last detail.
