§3 Purposes and legal bases of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

§4 Data retention period

Data is retained for the following periods:

  • Form data that did not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last contact
  • Client data (contract concluded): for the duration of performance and 6 years after its completion (the limitation period for claims)
  • Accounting documentation data: 5 years from the end of the accounting year (Accounting Act provisions)

§5 Data recipients

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • Website hosting provider, INTERBIT Sp. z o.o. based in Kielce (ul. Krakowska 62/9, 25-701 Kielce), on whose servers the website and email are hosted
  • Accounting office, to the extent necessary for settlements, if external accounting services are used
  • Partner printers, only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order (e.g. delivery details)
  • Payment operators, in the case of cashless settlements
  • Public authorities, only in cases provided for by law

§6 Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access, the ability to obtain information about which of your data I process
  • Right to rectification, requesting correction of outdated or incorrect data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), in cases provided for by law
  • Right to restriction of processing, requesting suspension of processing in certain situations
  • Right to data portability, receiving your data in a structured format
  • Right to object, where processing is based on legitimate interest
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland)

§7 Cookies and local browser data

The site uses only the minimum technically necessary for it to function:

  • Browser localStorage, to remember your cookie consent preference. Stored only on your device, not transmitted to any server.
  • No analytics tools, I do not use Google Analytics, Matomo, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel or similar.
  • No marketing tools, the site does not collect data for advertising or profiling purposes.

You can clear your saved consent by clicking "Manage cookies" in the footer of any page. Consent expires automatically after 12 months, after that you will be asked to give it again. This is in line with the guidance of European regulators (CNIL, EDPB).

If in the future I add analytics tools or a form based on a third-party service (e.g. Web3Forms, Formspree), this policy will be updated and you will be asked for new consent.

§8 Transfer of data outside the EEA

I do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.

§9 Profiling and automated decisions

I do not make automated decisions and I do not carry out profiling of personal data.

§10 Changes to this policy

I reserve the right to make changes to this policy. I will announce significant changes on the homepage and, for changes affecting the scope of processing, I will ask for new consent.

The current version of the policy applies from the date of the last update indicated at the top of the document.
