I prepare publications for university presses, museums, libraries, associations and foundations: monographs, academic journals, exhibition catalogues and anniversary editions. I work remotely with institutions across Poland and Europe. I respond to requests for quotation, fill in cost estimates on the client’s forms and can take care of everything from typesetting to delivery of the printed run.
I typeset to the publisher’s guidelines: footnotes, bibliography, indexes, tables and summaries in other languages. Where there are no guidelines, I propose a consistent layout and show it on a few sample pages.
I build a fixed issue template and bring articles by many authors into one layout, with abstracts, keywords and author notes.
I prepare colour-checked reproductions, catalogue entries and language versions, scheduled around the opening.
I typeset books and brochures for the anniversaries of schools, universities and institutions, including archival photos and scanning of prints.
I prepare EPUB, MOBI and PDF, including interactive PDF, for the institution’s website or repository.
I respond to requests for quotation and prepare the offer in the form the client requires.
I fill in cost estimates on university and funder forms, split into typesetting, printing and other items.
I can arrange ISBN assignment and dispatch of legal deposit copies. The cost of this service is agreed individually.
If you also order printing, the studio invoices it. You settle the whole publication with one contractor.
I plan the schedule around the project or grant settlement date, so the print run is ready in time.

Within 1-2 business days I prepare a quotation, also on the client’s form.
Before typesetting the whole publication I prepare a few pages showing the layout for the editors to approve.
I typeset the whole publication and enter the editors’ corrections in the agreed proof rounds.
I send files to the printer of your choice, or arrange printing and delivery of the run to your address.
Prices are net. A publishing unit (arkusz wydawniczy) is about 40,000 characters with spaces of continuous text. Monographs with an extensive scholarly apparatus are priced somewhat higher after I review the material. All rates are listed on the price list.
